This high potential Director wanted to improve her team leadership skills and also explore external opportunities. The client became aware of a significant pay disparity between herself and male colleagues. The client not only was able to navigate tough conversations successfully and professionally with leadership around this issue but was asked by the organization to take on a cross-functional developmental assignment to explore pay equity across the organization. The client also was retained by the organization having decided not to explore external opportunities.
Senior Leader, Information Technology in Higher Education
This Senior Leader had long been valued within his organization for his technical capabilities but had received feedback he was not ready for the next level of career progression due to leadership gaps. The client sought coaching to help identify his authentic leadership voice as well as examine perceived dissonance between his own cultural background and organizational culture/expectations. At the conclusion of the engagement, stakeholders noted a marked improvement in the client's behavior and perception of leadership capability.
Senior Leadership Team, Industrial Technology Manufacturing
The Global Leadership Team needed to create a Strategic Talent Plan to complement the organization's strategic priorities. During this time, the Business Unit Leader was promoted to Segment President, and the incoming GM was not available for several months. The new Segment President was coached to step into his new role and allow the Global Leadership Team to manage the process. Later, the CEO remarked the team had presented a strong and cohesive plan, even with all of the leadership changes.
